The project involved the modernization of the main student campus of The Seeing Eye . The existing administration building, where dormitories for students are located, is currently being renovated and a construction of a new meeting room addition to the building is under way. The project also involved extensive site improvements in circulation and parking including a new two level parking deck.

A complete modernization of the existing campus including a 50,000 sq. ft. building expansion, 350 parking spaces, redesigned on-site circulation and pedestrian paths and upgraded stormwater management facilities. Prior to designing the site improvements, a master plan was prepared by working with Matheny’s key personal to identify the needs of the staff and students and incorporating those objectives into the plan.

The Somerset Hills YMCA, in conjunction with Our House,Inc., constructed this six-bedroom residence for individuals with special needs that live within the community.

From the design and approval of new branches to the renovation of existing bank locations throughout northern New Jersey, Gladstone Design, Inc. has assisted Peapack-Gladstone Bank and its operations for over 20 years. Gladstone Design, Inc. designed and secured approvals for over 35,000 sq. ft. of new and expanded branch locations in addition to numerous drive-thru and ATM facilities.

The Somerset Hills YMCA embarked on an ambitious campaign to provide additional facilities for its growing membership base. The project included a 40,000 sq. ft. building expansion, revised on-site vehicle circulation and expanded parking facilities.
