This project involves the development of 68 market rate residential units on a property initially zoned for office use. The project required numerous NJDEP freshwater wetland approvals to establish site access. Additionally, the development will entail the reconfiguration of the State Highway Route 206 interchange to accommodate site access. Due to the sloping terrain, the units were thoughtfully designed with lower-level walkouts and "four-sided" architecture, maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
