Located on a historic property once owned by James Cox Brady, this expansive 550-acre site comprises a championship 18-hole golf course and an 18-hole par 3 course. Emphasizing the preservation and integration of the site's century-old structures and features, GLADSTONE DESIGN, Inc. played a crucial role in the project. Our services encompassed site planning and design, securing local and state approvals, surveying, and construction oversight. The scope of our involvement included various aspects such as golf course construction, restoration of historic ponds, layout of parking and circulation areas, septic system disposal testing and design, as well as the groundwork for the development of 24 residential lots.
