With over 500 employees, the site underwent significant enhancements to accommodate growth. The project involved the construction of a spacious 94,500 sq. ft. office building, alongside a dedicated 71,500 sq. ft. space for research and development. Notably, the site also features a state-of-the-art day care center, providing convenient services for employees. GLADSTONE DESIGN, Inc. contributed extensively to the project by securing necessary approvals for the expansion of office and R&D buildings, overseeing the construction of the on-site day care center, facilitating local approvals and permitting, and obtaining NJDEP approvals. Additionally, their expertise extended to parking layout, pedestrian circulation, stormwater design, construction survey, and inspections, ensuring the successful implementation of the project. The collaboration between GLADSTONE DESIGN, Inc. and Bayer HealthCare resulted in a modern and functional headquarters that caters to the needs of the company's employees and fosters a productive work environment.
