Thor Equities Life Sciences Building Approval

Thor Equities Preliminary & Final Site plan application was approved by the Bridgewater Township Planning Board on February 23, 2021. The project consists of the construction of a three-story, 55,000 s.f. life sciences building located within the New Jersey Center of Excellence at Bridgewater, Somerset County. The proposed building will include laboratory and office space related to the life science fields.

Gladstone Design, Inc. provided site layout, grading, stormwater management, lighting, and landscape design for the proposed site improvements, as well as expert engineering and planning testimony.
