As Director of Finance/Human Resources, Susan brings 40 years of expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and human resources management to GLADSTONE DESIGN, Inc.  Her experience encompasses auditing as well as accounting and financial reporting for both large and small corporations.  Small business ownership experience enables her to contribute in a unique and impactful way, to strengthen business management and client service.  Her visionary and team building strengths contribute to a forward-looking culture and optimism for preparing the next generation of leaders.

Susan leads a business support team to provide accurate financial information and administrative support for making well-informed business decisions and effectively managing projects.  She develops policies to ensure clear, fair, and consistent business and employment practices.  Susan leads recruiting efforts that are important to build a competent team that is qualified and dedicated to meeting client expectations.  Promoting an employment culture that encourages individualized professional development and provides meaningful benefits to employees is a priority.  Her ethical nature and high expectations contribute to delivering the highest quality of experience for both clients and employees.

Susan is an alumnus of Rutgers University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and is a retired Certified Public Accountant.
