Peapack Residential

The project consists of 68 units of age restricted residential development on a property that was originally zoned for office use. The project required numerous NJDEP wetland approvals for access. The proposed development will reconfigure the interchange of State Highway Route 206 to provide access to the site. Given the sloping nature of the site, the units were designed with walkouts on the lower level and “four sided” architecture.
